Strategy without systems
is just hope.
I build the bridge between the two.
Clarity Coach. Author. Systems Architect. And a woman who has been exactly where you are.
You did not come here for someone
who just reads about leadership.
You came here for someone who has lived it.
I am Precious Azurée, founder and CEO of The Clarity Coach Enterprises and a certified member of the John Maxwell Team. For over a decade I have worked alongside entrepreneurs, executives, nonprofit leaders, and founders who are building something real and hitting real walls.
My approach is not theoretical. I am known for getting in the room, understanding the actual problem beneath the presenting problem, and helping my clients build the clarity, systems, and leadership capacity to move forward. I have worked across nonprofit, tech, fashion, social justice, real estate, food and hospitality, and education, consistently delivering results while building cultures people actually want to be part of.
The work I do on the outside
always starts with work on the inside.
I wrote The Faith Focus Formula because I needed it first. It is a guide for anyone who feels misaligned, unfulfilled, or stuck between where they are and where they know they are supposed to be. It walks you through how to synchronize your faith, vision, and finances with the most precious resource you have: your time.
The book has resonated with readers around the world not because it is polished but because it is honest. My story is not a highlight reel. It is a testimony. And it has helped countless individuals overcome their own obstacles and find their footing when the ground felt uncertain.
I am also the co-author of Booked, Busy and Boarding, a travel guide for ambitious women who are ready to reclaim their time, peace, and joy, one trip at a time. Because rest is not a reward. It is a requirement.
Impact is not just measured in revenue.
It is measured in the communities you help lift.
In 2016 I co-founded Measure, a Black female-led research and data activism organization dedicated to igniting equitable social change through data and antiracist technology. Measure equips Black, Brown, and Indigenous-led organizations with the resources they need to measure their impact, garner sustainable funding, and advocate for the communities most often left out of the data conversation.
In 2021 the Houston Business Journal recognized me with the Women Who Mean Business Outstanding Nonprofit Leader Award for this work. It remains one of the accomplishments I am most proud of.
Giving back is not something
I do on the side.
It is woven into how I lead.
Today I continue to support Measure as a co-founder while channeling my leadership energy through The Clarity Coach Enterprises and the Houston community. I believe deeply in youth development and financial literacy. The next generation deserves both the tools and the opportunity to build their own clarity and create their own paths forward.
Let us figure out
what comes next.
Whether you need someone to coach you, train your team, lead your change initiative, or keynote your next event, the conversation starts with one honest inquiry.
